Deciding on your potential student accommodation
With COVID-19, at Bryce Properties, we are doing everything we can to ensure everyone's safety. With this in mind, we know you understand that there will be certain conditions to viewings this year.
Following government guidelines, we are asking all of our potential tenants to consider booking their next student home remotely. We have a great range of photos, Virtual Tours, YouTube videos and information for all our properties. All these details can be found on our website.
At Bryce Properties, we are always on hand to answer any questions you may have. Please get in touch if you require any clarification. As government guidelines are updated, the way viewings are conducted may change.
We understand that you may require a physical viewing on your chosen property before signing up, however, to minimise contact, please go through all the information on the your chosen property before booking a physical viewing. We will conduct a viewing on one property per time-slot to help protect both you and our existing tenants.
On all viewings, you will naturally be asked to wear a face covering and to use the hand sanitiser provided. Please consider this before attending the viewing. We will take your temperature on a contactless temperature reader before the viewing.
During the viewing, doors within the property will be opened for you as we need to limit contact.
We are keeping a close eye on the government guidance and therefore the above conditions may change.
