When the maintenance team reply to the received email, the reply will get sent to the email address you provide in the form below.
An email conversation can then take place to organise the resolution to the maintenance issue.

Loss of electric
Complete power cut, no electric to any appliances, lighting. Check the consumer unit to see if any of the circuit switches have tripped.
Serious leak
