The year 2020 is very different to how student properties were managed and let back in the late 1990's. Back then, our portfolio was small and easily managed. Over the years we have increased our effective use of technology to empower our team. This has led to a greater focus on the needs of our students. Now, in 2020 with the likes of Coronavirus severely affecting the way we work, Bryce Properties can be proud to say we offer a supremely professional service to accompany the quality student homes we provide.

We have been providing high quality student homes in Plymouth for over 20 years and along the way have continuously improved the quality of accommodation provided.

Our booking process has improved to such an extent that once you have chosen a student home, you can start the booking process via our website and then sign documentation digitally. All without having to visit us in our office. This has the added benefit of reducing printed paperwork.
Our maintenance team are set up digitally also, so now they get to see when you have made a maintenance request. Our office team also see these requests to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
During the Coronavirus outbreak and lockdown of 2020, we moved from a traditional telephone system to a VOIP one. This means that our team can answer phone calls even when we are not physically in the office.
Bryce Properties is a family run business and we own and manage all of our properties. Our office team has many years of experience in supporting your requirements and we have a full-time maintenance team available for your peace of mind.
All of our student accommodation is within a short distance to the University of Plymouth, Plymouth College of Art and some are ideally located for Plymouth Marjon University with close proximity to bus routes (see Plymouth Bus) and the main roads.
Our properties offer an ultra-all-inclusive rent so you never have to worry about bills. This includes Virgin Media Business broadband which is a much faster and more reliable broadband service. We also take care of utility bills such as gas, electric and water.
